Sarah Beeny will front a brand new property show on Channel 4 focused on small spaces. Little House, Big Plans will see property expert Sarah and co-presenter, architect Damion Burrows, visit small homes across the country that have elaborate plans for expansion.lawn

From extravagant eco homes to state-of-the-art space-saving bungalows, the series will follow some incredible renovations across the UK and will show how, even on a tight budget, you can utilise a small space to the absolute max.

Throughout the series you'll also meet some of the UK's most promising architects, showcasing the future superstars of Britain's best home designs.

Sarah's most recent series on Channel 4, Sarah Beeny's New Life in the Country, followed her family as they swapped city life in London for a new adventure in Somerset, renovating a semi-derelict, former dairy farm. She also fronts Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate on HGTV.

Architect Damion was last seen on BBC's virtual reality property programme, Your Home Made Perfect. He's appeared on Grand Designs: House of the Year and he previously worked with Sarah on Channel 4's How to Live Mortgage Free.

Little House, Big Plans will air on Channel 4 later this year.
